We take into consideration all the principles (equality, balanced remuneration, compliance with the current wage, remuneration commensurate with promotion, integrity, objectivity, clarity) that should be prioritized in our remuneration. In addition, we use all wage systems within the ratios and coefficients we determine after the performance evaluation in order to give the employee his/her due in every respect.
At the end of the 12-month period, the employee is evaluated through skill-based, incentive and performance-based wage systems. We add seniority-based wages based on the seniority periods determined by our company. We evaluate earnings and profit sharing under the incentive wage model.
In this way, we are able to evaluate our personnel in every aspect. At the end of all these evaluations, we determine the new term rights of the employee.
